This time we bought a house. In a week we sold, and bought, and I am very close to a new job too! I'll write more about that once it is finalized...

The original owner is in the house, and these are some layouts from the original builders brochure 31 years ago. And some pics from the listing, that aren't all that great really. We will get some better pics when we go for our inspection next week. The layout is reverse to those shown... garage is on the left and front door on the right side of it. LR/DR on the right and FR on the left etc.
Posession date is Nov 16th, and we don't have to be out till Nov 23 from our place. So we have a week to play with, which is great.
